LITUS* will be closing at 1pm this afternoon and will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, 4/1, 9am

LITUS* offices will be closing today, January 9th, at 1pm to allow our employees time to get home safely ahead of the expected severe weather.

LITUS* To Let will be closing at 5pm today, December 19th and will reopen at 9am on Wednesday, December 27th, to give our staff time to recharge and enjoy the holidays with their family. LITUS* To Let offices are closing at 3pm today, Wednesday August 30th, ahead of the impacts expected in our area from Tropical Storm Idalia. We will reopen on Thursday August 31st, as soon as it is safe to do so. Property managers are on call and will be monitoring the storm and needs of our managed communities. Our LITUS* To Let staff always has such a fun time planning and decorating a wreath to be included in the Festival of Wreaths at the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals. 100% of wreath sales go to the Kiwanis Club of Myrtle Beach to aid in their effort to help fill the needs of children in our community during this holiday season. The Dickens Show is happening now at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. If you are at the festival this week, please look for our wreath and make a bid! We wish everyone a fun and blessed holiday season.

CLOSED FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 30TH
With Hurricane Ian expected to begin impacting our area as a tropical storm later this evening, LITUS* To Let will be closed tomorrow, Friday, September 30th.

We are open with a normal schedule today, Thursday, September 29th but please keep in mind that we are working to secure and prepare our managed properties ahead of the storm's arrival and may not be available to assist with non-emergency items.

Property managers will be monitoring emails and voicemails as able throughout this weather event. If you have an emergency during the storm, please call our office at (843) 448-9000 and press 5 for the emergency line. Please note that our ability to respond will be dependent on weather conditions at that time.

LITUS* To Let will be closed in celebration of the Christmas holiday from Monday, December 20th through Friday, December 24th, and will reopen at 9am on Monday, December 27th. Our office will also be closed on Friday, December 31st for our staff to ring in the New Year. We will be back in the office and ready for 2022 on Monday, January 3rd.

We are currently seeking a full time janitorial employee for a high rise condominium building. Shift schedule will be 3:30pm - 11:30pm, 5 days per week. Janitorial tasks will include, but are not limited to, restroom cleaning, vacuuming carpets, window cleaning & general cleaning of all common areas throughout the building as needed. Person must have transportation.
