Are you a cyclist? Woodland Path is a 1.8 mile multi use paved trail that runs along the southern perimeter of The Market Common communities. It was originally part of the perimeter security road on the old Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. The trail runs from Coventry Blvd at Prescott Circle (near The Publix) to Highway 17 and connects with the Myrtle Beach section of the East Coast Green Way.

I've been in hundreds of luxury homes, but I've never seen anything quite like this. A Pony Potty.

The commode stands as a testament to artisan craftsmanship, its smooth porcelain surface gleaming with a pristine, creamy white finish that evokes a sense of luxury. Its overall shape mimics the lithe form of a parade pony, with a slender yet sturdy base supporting the weight of the structure.

Atop this base, the commode transforms seamlessly into the sculpted body of the pony. The sides are adorned with delicate relief work depicting flowing mane and tail, subtly accented with hints of shimmering gold and silver paint to highlight every detail. The pony's muscular yet elegant legs are gracefully positioned, giving the impression of movement frozen in time.

The lid of the commode, designed ingeniously as part of the pony's back, can be lifted to reveal a functional interior. Inside, the porcelain is impeccably smooth and practical, offering a surprising contrast to the artistic exterior.

Every aspect of this porcelain masterpiece exudes elegance and artistry, making it not just a functional piece of furniture but also a captivating work of art. It seamlessly blends the beauty of nature with the precision of human craftsmanship, turning a simple commode into a conversation piece that speaks of sophistication, elegance, and creativity.

Why I Love Living In Myrtle Beach

I love living in the Myrtle Beach area because of the natural beauty, the wide variety of enjoyable activities & events, the pleasant climate, and the wonderful people who chose to move here from all over the country.

Over 50 miles of wide sandy beaches anchored by pristine ocean inlets north and south and bordered by wild black water rivers, Myrtle Beach is a very scenic place to live.

The warm summers and mild winters have attracted people from all over the country to The Grand Strand. It doesn’t matter where you’re from, you’ll always meet others here from your home town.

Dining, fun festivals, car shows, art shows, concerts, shopping, fishing, boating, golf and just relaxing on the beach are activities enjoyed by all ages year round.
