NOW HIRING!

The lawn care technician will work within in a team, under the supervision of a crew leader, to maintain client properties; including residential and commercial lawns/landscapes.

Main duties will include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off walkways/driveways, weeding, shrub trimming, and other manual tasks.

We want to work in a fun, safe, and rewarding place and you probably do too. Because of this, we are only looking for people who can fit into our workplace culture.

We are looking for someone like this:
1) Reliable - Shows up every day and works hard.
2) Integrity - Is trustworthy. Someone who can take on important tasks without cutting corners or fudging the details.
3) Positive Attitude - Life is too short to be miserable all the time! We'll do our best to be fair and positive. We need people who can be that way too.
4) Good Job Performance - Do a great job for our clients. Details matter.

JOB SUMMARY: The Lawn Care Crew Lead position will involve mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and general maintenance of home and business landscapes as well as supervising a small mowing crew.

WHO SHOULD APPLY: We're looking for Rock Stars who love to work outside and want a job that's fun and has lots of opportunities for advancement.

PURPOSE: We take care of our team members, We WOW our customers, and We strive to grow the company's revenue and profits.

DUTIES: Main duties will include the proper and safe operation of lawn care equipment such as zero-turn, walk-behind, and push mowers, string trimmers, stick edgers, leaf blowers, as well as manual garden tools. The position will also require good communication skills, customer service, record/note taking, and equipment maintenance.

SALARY: $13-$18 depending on experience. Bonus pay available.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o 1 full year/season+ as a professional lawn care technician, or equivalent.
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Reliable transportation and driver's license
o Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
o Able to pass drug test and background test with no red flags.
