Spent the morning with clients at their design appointment in Fruitland with Agile Homes As I kind of expected, helping clients with new builds has become one of my favorite things to do in this newer chapter.

Outside of blowing a golden opportunity for some goodwill due to a city setback issue with the chosen lot (really annoying...both the issue and Agile's hamfisted handling of it), Agile has been pretty solid--decent pricing for a new build, friendly customer service from Jay (contract) and Alex (design center), a very good range and quality of "builder included" choices, and upgrades that don't break the bank. And 8lb carpet pad comes standard. My clients' feet will be very happy come the end of November.

Just a gleam in our eyes right now, but some very cool new clients just chose the lot to build their next home...moving out nearer to Oregon for work. Thanks to Jay @ Agile Homes for his help this weekend and for the build to come.
