Another event where my clients feel like family! In 2015, Jessie (on the right) became a bat mitzvah. Last Saturday I got to photograph her cousins’ bnai mitzvah in the same venue. 9 1/2 years ago, (and I know exactly how long ago it was because it was my first gig after giving birth to Ryan), her parents gave speeches talking all about the amazing young woman she was becoming. Here she is, right after her college graduation, being that lovely young lady. And of course, her photo-bombing grandpa, because the alumni client selfies are *always* better with the grandparents. 😘

I photographed another stunning wedding at Mountainville Manor. Lauren and her team knocked it out of the park AGAIN! I can't wait to be back there in two weeks.

Want to see my beautiful bat mitzvah softball queen on her big day? (Of course you do!) I could not be prouder of this young lady, and I loved seeing her aunts/uncles/cousins, who took selfies with me and said, "You're family!" Which, *sniffles* that's two alumni families in a row to make me misty. Anyway, enough about that. Presenting the bat mitzvah herself! (Pssst... I LOVE getting to photograph my clients as they change and grow. Tomorrow one of my newborn baby girls becomes a bat mitzvah. She humored me by recreating this cheeky moment from her baby session in the middle of her pre-party shoot.

Her party theme is “I like a little dirt in my diamonds” because she is a fierce travel team softball pitcher who had her first princess makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disney when she was in nursery school.

Broke a new record last night! I was at a wedding with FOUR of my brides- 2012, 2016, 2017 and 2024. Of course I’ve seen them for birth photography, newborn sessions, engagement sessions, family sessions and Christmas sessions in between. Last night’s wedding reception was more like being with old friends than work.

My most recent family session was photobombed by goats! We were in a state park that brought in goats to control poison ivy and overgrowth, and the whole herd came by during the session. Plus, one of this lovely family sans goats.
