Did you know Demptos was the first cooperage in France? In 1825 we were established in St. Emillion and since then, we’ve grown globally to Napa & Liguardia, Spain 🇪🇸🇫🇷🇺🇸

We take pride in our quality, but quality doesn’t always happen over night. We authentically air dry and season our wood for two years minimum at Demptos. Weather it’s French, American, or Hungarian we don’t cut corners or cheat the clock because we know just how important the process is for high end wine and spirits. We are so thankful to have your support and will continue to deliver premium quality barrels around the world 🌎🍷

Our Coopers have been working around the clock during this busy season and we couldn’t be more thankful for them! Trained by Master Cooper, Will Jamieson, our team is highly skilled and detail oriented. It’s what makes Demptos Demptos!

Did you know you can request no plastic wrap for local deliveries? We have partnered with many wineries & distilleries to help reduce waste. Nearly a third of our barrels are delivered without wrap. If anyone knows a vendor for a biodegradable option please let me know!
