This week we embark onto our next 12-week training program! The athletes at The Rack will be focusing on increasing muscle mass, increasing power production, and controlling the weight being used, especially during the lowering phase.
At the end of our 12-week cycle we will be stronger, leaner, more powerful, and more confident. The twelfth week is when we test and see the results that has come from all of the hard work and sacrifices we have made.
It’s not easy but is sure as hell is worth it! Train with a purpose! Work hard to achieve the results you want to see! Our coaches and our community won’t let you fail!
