1. Block out light; using black out curtains or wearing a sleep mask can help you transition to bedtime and contribute to your body’s production of melatonin.

2.Disconnect from Devices an hour before bed.

3. Limit Caffeine after 2p.m.

4. Minimize Noise; if you cannot eliminate noise, consider drowning them out with a fan or white noise machine.

5. Get at least 7 hours of sleep!
