When I walk in to my office each day, I can say how truly blessed I am to absolutely LOVE my job! I'm happy to lend a listening ear to my patients who have stressful jobs day in and day out. I hope to only relieve your stress and never add to it.

I also get to enjoy my "OFF" days (mama's know there is no OFF days) with my kiddos. Now that Luca is back in school, I appreciate spending that important 1 on 1 time with Mina.

This little cutie had her first adjustment and let me tell you she was ALL SMILES! 😁

Her rockstar mama was diligent about coming in regularly throughout her pregnant. And I always say the little ones instantly recognize my voice from when they were in the womb... they give me a look like..."Hey, I know you from somewhere!" 😆

Getting your kids adjusted at ANY age is a great foundation-- regardless of if they have issues going on at the time. Merely preventative or to boost the immune system is reason enough. 💯💫🦴

We did it! We completed the Summer Parks Challenge with the park district!

We enjoyed park hopping and we're excited to get the fun 🏅 at the end.
