**Type:** Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute visually stunning cakes and desserts for all occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and themed parties.
- Collaborate with customers to bring their ideas to life through exquisite cake designs.
- Lead and inspire the baking team to ensure the highest quality and consistency in all creations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

**Qualifications:**
-MUST be available Thursday-Sunday
*WEEKENDS Required
- Proven experience as a Cake Decorator with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in various decorating techniques, such as buttercream & fondant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
