I just completed another walk through of this new home under construction in The Isles of Collier Preserve (I live here as well)
Buyers live out of state so I'm keeping track of the build here for them, sending periodic videos like this. We are some 3 weeks out from closing.
The buyers are having a whole house Inspection done in the next day or so, I always recommend buyers hire a home inspector familiar with new construction
so they can create a detailed punch list, given to the builder to finish, before closing.
