What a difference a year makes! A year ago yesterday I joined many colleagues from an 11-year career in receiving the news of a company downsize. Everything happens for a reason yes, but I initially felt a range of emotions for various reasons. I worked hard, I love hard, and am extremely passionate in what I believe in. However, the forced professional change dominoed a series of events that would not have happened otherwise. Spent more time with family, welcomed a granddaughter, expanded my business, wrote and published 2 books, sold a home, bought a home, AND landed a beautiful new position in a Company that I see going places and I with it. I just revised a video piece to provide "inside" to the journey. I am not sharing for praise or accolades, but for support, inspiration and strength. It's what I do. Vibrations are escalating every day. Thank you for sharing mine with me, :)

Another passion of mine in addition to personal/professional development, is helping business professionals understand how they can assist the largest demographic of people that will need housing choices for many many years to come. And he and I worked together during one of my previous professional chapters when I was a young leader working at a major utility company in NY in the 90's and then again when I ran the Learning and Development Team at a mortgage company.
