Sylvia Hofmann MA RYT LPC is a Mental Health Counselor in private practice, licensed/certified to provide Tele-Therapy (counseling through a free HIPAA compliant video-website used via computer/cell phone). Tele-therapy is tailor made for clients who have busy lives making it possible to meet a client where it’s convenient for them to receive care. Specialties include- Diminishing Stress/Anxiety, Depression, guidance with everyday life problems.

Tele-therapy is convenient as it resolves obstacles associated with coming into an office such as:

· No longer have to sit in a waiting area or go to a medical center/office

· No more Transportation issue (including access, costs for transit and/or parking, vehicle dependability, time driving to office)
· Accessibility (those with physical/mobility limitations can access services)
