Just a reminder that MV Prospects will be collecting used gloves to help a local middle school’s physical education program here in Nashua. This will take place during our uniform fittings tomorrow at Walter Bat Training Center from 1-5 PM. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

📣Greater Nashua Little League has just opened their 2023 Fall Baseball Registration! We are planning on having teams in the t-ball, farm/ coach pitch, minors, majors, and 50/70 divisions this fall. Registration is open effective today and will close on August 31. Our season will start the first week of September and run through the end of October. The older divisions may run into the first week of November. Please register early so we can plan accordingly. Registration for fall baseball is only $35 per player for all divisions.

Prospects Tryouts are postponed until Wednesday. Check for details below.

Tonight's tryouts for 13U - 15U at Ledge St Field have been postponed until this Wednesday. Same times (13U are 5 - 6:30 PM, 14U/15U from 6:30 - 8 PM) at Ledge St. Field. As a reminder, players who played for us in 2023 are not required to tryout. You do not need to register for the Wednesday tryout if you were registered for tonight as we'll move those over on our end. We look forward to seeing you this Wednesday.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge an unfortunate event that occurred a few nights ago. As some of you may know, our concession area at Lajoie Field was broken into, vandalized, and many items including all cash on hand was stolen. Everything from our register, lockbox, fridge, grill, cooking equipment, merchandise, and much more were either stolen or severely damaged. This really is an unfortunate incident and it saddens all of our league volunteers who give so much of their time and energy for this league. Our league is a nonprofit that runs on very low registration fees and fundraising so what happened two nights ago, leaves a large negative impact on our entire baseball community. We are asking our local community for support in any way they can as we have supported the community for the last 51 years. We will not allow this incident to derail our season or crush our spirit. Thank you to everyone who has already reached out and offered assistance and support. If anyone would like to donate in any capacity, please reach out to [email protected]

Please note that 9U - 12U tryouts will be held at Lajoie Field in Nashua while 13U - 15U will be held at Ledge St Field, also in Nashua. A second tryout for 9U - 12U will be announced at a later date. All players should register ahead of time through the link below.

HELLO GNLL FAMILIES!!!!

We are excited to officially kick off the Greater Nashua Little League spring season next week with our Annual Opening Day Ceremony!! Check out the details below ⬇️

⚾️ When: Saturday 4/29 at 10am
⚾️Where: Lajoie Field
⚾️We will introduce all of our teams with their coaches on the field in front of your family and friends.
⚾️ We will conclude the ceremony with live music and a cookout consisting of grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and drink compliments of GNLL.
⚾️Two of our minors teams will battle it out at 11:30 AM following the ceremony. Be sure to stick around and watch while enjoying some lunch at the ball field!

Don’t forget to shop! Starting tomorrow and going through Monday, DICKS is offering 20% to all GNLL players and families.

Prospects 12 U are headed to Cooperstown and are doing all they can to raise money for their trip! Several of our Little League Families are also Prospects families so we would love to be able to help! We added more squares and the details are below ⬇️!

🏈Squares will be randomly assigned, and numbers will be randomly drawn once all 100 squares are sold
🏈Both numbers must match at the end of the quarter, in order to win money
🏈Payouts are $200 (Q1), $250 (Q2), $350 (Q3) and $450 (Q4). Please note that the payouts will be at the end of each quarter, including the 4th quarter. If the game goes into overtime, there will not be a payout for the overtime period.

These boys have been having a blast playing 8 Friday night games under the lights as the 2022 GNLL Majors Fall Ball team! For a few this will be their last time playing little league as they age out of the program and play on the full-sized diamond next spring. Thank you to the 11 players who have made this fall season so enjoyable. Three weeks of fun left before another New England autumn is in the books.

Merrimack Valley Prospects are excited to announce we’ll be offering softball teams for the 2023 season. Details below.

On July 21st, we will have tryouts for our MVP Softball team based out of Nashua NH. Since 2014, the Prospects have been a local community organization in youth travel baseball, and now we want to do the same for softball. We are looking for players ages 8 to 14 for next years 10u, 12u, and 14u teams.

We will have tryouts on July 21st at 5:30 PM at:

Our program will consist of Fall practices with scrimmages.

Winter workouts begin in mid-January for two hours on either Saturday or Sunday at Bishop Guertin field house.

We will have weeknight workouts beginning mid-January during the week at Walter Bat in Nashua.

Our program encourages all players to participate in local rec leagues and middle school teams in addition to this program.

We will have practices in April and May on Sundays.

Each team will have between 5 to 7 tournaments they will be entered in starting around Memorial Day weekend.

MVP Prospects encourages all athletes to play multiple sports. We understand there will be conflicts in the Fall and Winter workouts.
We expect each player to be committed to their team for our summer tournament schedule.
