I met Joey many years ago when he walked into my shop at 182 Main - We sat at a table and bonded over being Wildcat alum, coming from Mediterranean backgrounds, and the journey he was about to face in following his dream (and the obstacles that came with it!)

Sunday, May 5th is Orthodox Easter - our counter will be filled today and Saturday with baklava, finikia, koulourakia, kourbiethes, spanakopita, and tiropita. We made a few extra dolmathes (lamb and beef grape leaves) and ordered a few extra loaves of tsoureki from in Lowell (highly recommend reserving those!)

Greek pastries is how we got our start back in 2006 at the Colorado farmers markets. Although we always have baklava and spanakopita, the holidays are when we make ALL the pastries.

Please note, We will be CLOSED this Sunday, May 5th.

May 5th is Orthodox Easter - We will have Greek pastries on our counter for Holy Week. Dolmathes and Tsoureki are preorder only, pickup May 4th. 🐣

The Shop will be open through Christmas Eve, and then we will take our annual winter break to travel, catch up on our personal lives, and catch up in The Shop. Each year, we decide as a staff if we want to break (and we are notorious for pushing back opening day an extra week or two!) So this year, we have chosen to not sugar coat our break - we will be open this week, and then we will see you at the end of January!
