As a mom I was so excited to hear he had the healthiest eyes she had seen all day! As someone that knows prevention is the best cure, I was encouraged that the near sightedness that is so prevalent with all the COVID screen time, is preventable by an hour of outside play everyday!

Spending time outside has countless health benefits, our eyes are not one I’d previously heard of! So let’s all go play outside after work!

Printing of all kinds, in house, but also any kind of product you’d like your logo, brand or name on! We are ordering some fun things for an event we have in December and are going to have them do a lot of the printing we have ordered online in the past.

HSA contribution amounts have increased:

HSA Contribution Limits. The 2022 annual HSA contribution limit is $3,650 for individuals with self-only HDHP coverage (up from $3,600 in 2021), and $7,300 for individuals with family HDHP coverage (up from $7,200 in 2021).

What do you think of when you hear the word ‘networking’?

When I started networking about 5 years ago, it was a terrifying concept! If you knew young Keri, you probably know I avoided speaking in front of people at all costs.

I had to take public speaking to graduate college. I saved it until the summer after my senior because I heard the classes were smaller and there were less of them 😂. I was one of those people that would have rather died than speak in front of people! BUT, I quickly learned after I started networking, that I had value to share. I also learned people are generally kind and want to connect and help each other.

Today, networking is one of my favorite, most fulfilling parts of my job. It took a willingness to get uncomfortable and change the negative words I’d been telling myself for decades.
