Ethos Church

Ethos Church is located in downtown Nashville. Here, we will never assume that you have your life together, if you won’t make that assumption about us.

We are a group of imperfect people, loved by a perfect God. In October of 2008, we began with a handful of these imperfect people and a God-sized dream to help others Love God, Love People and Awaken a Movement. We’ve seen God do some incredible things. He has saved people, brought healing, touched our city and changed lives. We gather at multiple times and locations each Sunday, meet in homes thr

We hope you'll join us in celebrating and praying for the new babies in our church family on Sunday, September 22nd, at our 9am Downtown Worship Gathering.

As a church family, we believe it is powerful when parents publicly declare that they are committed to raising their children to love and serve Jesus. We also think it’s important that our church family makes a commitment to come alongside parents to model love and service to Jesus for your child(ren).

Parents, if you would like to participate, visit ethoschurch.org/baby to register!

Our last summer Grow Class launches next week— It's not too late to sign up as we seek to grow as a church family to Love God, Love People, and Awaken a Movement. Grow Classes teach Biblical knowledge and give practical tools for deepening these key relationships— we hope you'll join us!

Grow Class Highlight: Who Am I? Discovering a Better Story

In this Grow Class, we will explore the complexity of the modern identity and how we can trust our identity in Christ. We will discuss how the Gospel is good news to those being crushed by the modern identity that attempts to be a “self” apart from God. We desperately need the One who stands outside of ourselves telling us the Truth about ourselves that our identity is not based on what we achieve, but what we receive.

Today is World Refugee Day!

There are multiple ways to engage others with the love of Jesus in our city by serving with organizations like UrbanPromise Nashville, The Branch of Nashville, and Siloam Health. As a church family, let's continue to build rhythms where we love our neighbors who have come to Nashville from around the world!

"When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God." -Leviticus 19:33-34

It's not too late to sign up! We have a Grow Class beginning this week and would love to have you join us!

Grow Class: Unlocking Your Creative Identity

Creativity is at the root identity of every believer, yet beyond childhood it seems to fade away. In this class we will work to get back to those roots by learning the history of the word creative, confessing our creative insecurities, and working through the topography of scripture to get creativity rooted at the core of every believer in the room.

We are excited to have a guest teacher joining us this Summer! Jon McCallon has poured his heart into full-time ministry for over two decades. In 2024 he launched the Unlocked Conference that develops ministry leaders and empowers their ideas through the power of creative leadership. He will be distilling the ideas and tools from this for the grow class!
