Ben and Emily Eggebrecht, both Belmont ‘13 alumni, own Consider the WLDFLWRS, a fine jewelry store located right near campus! Emily has always found a deep and personal meaning in jewelry, and used to sell her pieces from a small booth set up during talent shows. She was able to grow her passion into a highly profitable, locally renowned business with a storefront in the same building she used to set up her small tables. Ben has supported her in this endeavor over the years and became an official co-owner in 2016.

REBOOT Recovery has a BIG announcement! On Veteran’s Day, they launched Military REBOOT, an all-new course for service members, veterans, and their families. We’re proud to support our Belmont alumni, Evan and Jenny Owens, as they continue to impact the lives of many through their business!
Belmont alum, Grace Moore, began her entrepreneurial journey while playing pickleball during the pandemic in 2020. Moore spotted an opportunity to introduce style into this market with the increasing popularity of the sport. A year later, Recess Pickleball officially launched, growing into what is now a nationally-recognized brand. She credits much of her success to what she learned from her social entrepreneurship major at Belmont!
Nike has teamed up with Slim + Husky’s! The Terminator High sneaker is embroidered with the company’s logo on the insoles, the name on woven on the label, “GET GEEK’D” written on the backside of the tongue- and of course the famous Swoosh! The first drop of Slim + Husky’s X Nike Terminator High sneakers was released earlier this month, which sold out in just a few hours!
We are proud to announce Belmont’s Entrepreneurship program has been ranked #1 in TN by Princeton Review for the second year in a row! 🤩 So thankful for all our hard working entrepreneurs, alumni, faculty, and staff who made this happen.
