The boys are killing it today. Today’s sushi special is a futomaki with tuna, salmon, avocado, salmon roe, negi & plum soy. Fire, as the kids say.

A tasty lil treat from chef Tony. Spiced plum cake with plum sake sauce, yuzu curd and whipped cream. You can almost taste it with that Caravaggio-esque pic, no?

Number one on the lunch menu 8 weeks in a row. Lemongrass chicken on cilantro rice w a lil arugula so you can tell yer mom you had your vegetables.
