I'm so excited. This is my first centenarian biscuit student. You'd never know Ann here is 100 years old. She and her family from Buffalo New York were a blast.

As i clean up after class.. i bake my leftover cheese biscuit dough. Topped with the last of the tomato gravy. This gravy has been the dark horse gravy of the year.

Doggies need biscuits too! I made my new puppy "Bunny". a batch of fresh baked sweet potato biscuits made with coconut oil and egg. Blended just enough flour to make it into a dough. Baked them low and slow.. Heathy and she loves them. Should we have a doggie biscuit baking class?

I made traditional chocolate gravy for everyone in today's Holiday Biscuit Class. The gravy was born out of necessity during the Civl War after livestock was pillaged by Union soldiers, leaving cooks substituting cocoa to make gravy.

Today was the first time a Bachelor Party attended my biscuit class. These guys actually listened and cared more about baking biscuits then the bachelorettes sitting at the table next to them! The entire mix of the class was a hoot. They all made "wow" biscuits.

I baked these for students in my Biscuit Class. So delicious. I like my biscuits crooked, lopsided, and a bit quirky. When they're uniform, they look frozen and manufactured.

Here are some new goodies we are taking to market: The "grainy goodness" of our new Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix and Whole Wheat Self Rising Biscuit Flour, along with our syrupy Blackberry Biscuit Jam. Then.. stunning dough bowls added to our line of heirloom quality biscuit making tools.

I'm having too much fun this season with my Biscuit class. I have the best students. It is not just the santa aprons.. when they asked for bacon fat ... I knew they were the real deal. :) Southern Belles all the way.
