At Pastaria, we make our own cellos in-house! The process involves steeping citrus rinds in grain alcohol for several days to infuse the flavors fully. After extracting all the vibrant color and flavor, we strain out the rinds, add sugar and water, and voila! It’s a simple process with a delicious result. 🍊🍋
