Ok so what I have investigated bout spinal stenosis so for... it says exercise which I very limited to. It's been a rough couple days..so wed..had to a mammogram and mri on my back and they gave me a 1 MG zanax and I couldn't function all night ( do t how some peeps function being on those) now today my babyboy has been sick all day running fever throwing up sore throat to the doc in morning .it breaks my heart.btw bad news on my 3 bulging disc .ugg not sure how much more I can handle
