At the start of the year we’ve implemented a new deposit policy for same-day cancellations and no-show appointments. This is in no way an attempt to take your money (trust us, we don’t enjoy it either!)
but rather a way for us to protect our dedicated staff for their time and expertise in the event that a client fails to show for their appointment.

We will be requesting a $100 deposit for all injectable appointments, and a 50% deposit for skin services with a duration of 45 min or more, with a maximum cap of $150.

This deposit will be collected at the time of booking and will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment at checkout.

Our service providers work on commission, so it’s a huge bummer when appointments fall off their book without enough time for them to fill those spots.

Please know we understand that life happens, and the last thing we will do is penalize someone for something out of their control. We’re doing our best to not only care for our providers, but care for our clientele. You matter, and we will always strive towards taking care of you.
