INTRODUCING: YIN-YANG: A Group Reflection in Black and White — Bobby Nashville's newest art exhibit presented by Tinney Contemporary and curated by Joshua Edward Bennett for The Collection at Bobby.
The Collection is free and open to the public as self-guided art tours and as part of the monthly First Saturday Art Crawl. Weekly curator-guided art walks within the hotel are also available to guests staying at the hotel.
Inspired by the Taoist symbol of harmony and balance between opposing forces,
YIN-YANG: A Group Reflection in Black and White features exclusively black and white artworks, challenging artists to explore the intricate relationship between composition, technique and subject matter without the influence of color. This unique exhibition delves into the symbolic meanings of black and white, illustrating their deep interconnectedness and interdependence.
The gallery features 38 works from 30 different artists that will be on display throughout Bobby Nashville's hotel lobby, second floor foyer and Union Tavern September 6 through March 11.

Clear Mirror, A Group Reflection is an exploration of unconventional perspectives that challenge the boundaries of traditional portraiture and will seek to dismantle preconceived notions, unveiling the layers of complexity that define how we perceive both ourselves and others. The gallery features the work of: John Alleyne, Blake Blanco, Sai Clayton, Alaina Love Kalbfell, Nick Dupey, Daniel Ingroff, Julia Martin, John Harlan Norris, and Joey Slaughter.
