Curious about how we are tackling the challenge of fostering teacher buy-in for the integration of into all classes?

Our solution: The Computer Science Innovative Leaders Institute. We brought together 15 teams of dedicated school leaders from diverse districts (rural, suburban, and urban) to design and test innovative models of professional development.

Below is a sneak peek of what we achieved:

• 15 teams learned to harness Design Thinking to identify the needs and challenges of professional development.
• They prototyped a small single event, collecting data and reflections on the effectiveness.
• Using the insight collected, the teams developed a full-year professional development model for their schools, set to launch in the 2023-24 academic year.
