We appreciate the support the Nashville community has given us from our humble beginnings through best of awards and stolen smokers. Over the last 7 years, The Gambling Stick has called Nashville home, but we are taking the show on the road north to Louisville, to follow a dream to turn TGS into a brick and mortar in my hometown.

Finally got our motor for the churn back from being repaired! Now on with with a new flavor based on an old southern classic, Banana Pudding. This will have caramelized bananas and vanilla wafers mixed in once the churning has finished.
