We're looking for great people to join our culinary team. // The Barcelona menu is focused on simple dishes where core ingredients shine, rustic presentations, and a lot of flavor packed into each small plate. There are core signature dishes, tested classics similar to what you would find at a tapas bar in Spain.

The Ancestral Method of making sparkling wine is assumed to be the oldest of them all. It’s incredibly similar to the Traditional (or Champagne) method, but without the addition of any sugars. This insanely good sparkler by Finca Viladellops is named after this method and is one of the bottles exciting us the most right now. Nestled in their winery on the edge of Olèrdola castle, this bottle is made from an heirloom varietal of Xarel-lo Tinto. Like a savory fruit cake, with ripe apricots and biscuity aromas, we can’t stop drinking it. // We love it so much we’ve included it in our Iberian Bubbles pack.
