While not a requirement, we do strongly recommend that each patient seek an outside therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc., to see in conjunction with your medical treatment at our office. Staff is available to assist you in your search for a compatable, reputable group to join and meet with daily, weekly or monthly, intensive outpatient treatment facility, individual or a group therapist, counselor, or a psychologist or psychiatrist. We will help you locate a professional counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist etc., as needed. Monthly follow-up appointments for medication review and refill;
At the patient's request, our M.D. & Staff will provide written and/or verbal treatment confirmation document(s) and/or treatment progress/updates to the patient and/or 3rd parties;

While our patient's are completely satisfied with the fee paid each appointment, we do offer a "Sliding Scale" Fee Schedule to certain patients that meet simple, but specific requirements.
