Remember all that pollen that was flying around this spring? It gets pulled into your Air Conditioner condenser and acts like a suffocating blanket, making your A/C run longer and cool less efficiently - which costs you money in the form of your electric bill.
Carbon Monoxide Awareness
With temperatures dropping and many of us are reaching for the thermostat or the fireplace to keep us warm.
Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless gas that is produced from furnaces, heaters, fireplaces. Install a UL-listed carbon monoxide alarm in your home that will sound when potentially dangerous levels of CO are present. All homes should have BOTH a CO alarm and a smoke detector. A smoke detector does not warn you when CO is present.

With the extreme cold weather coming, remember to check your air filter if you have one, check the fuel level in your tank, and make sure your propane tank is clear of snow on the top and sides so the propane can vaporize properly. Ensure your animals have a safe, warm place.
