NAIS had our first RISE assembly last Friday, where we reviewed our building expectations. As you can see from these photos, our students did an outstanding job showing Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Empathy! They also had some fun with a few games.

Happy First Day of School! We had a lot of tours and fun happening in the building today. We are looking forward to seeing our next group of students tomorrow!

Thanks to our NAIS families, we donated 1,115 boxes of cereal to the New Albany Food Pantry! Thank you for being such a generous community!

We are so proud of our KDR Student Leaders of the Month for October! These students were selected for this honor by their teachers for consistently demonstrating Kindness, Dignity and Respect at school. Today their families surprised them for an honorary pizza luncheon sponsored by Way to go Eagles!!!

4th & 5th graders heard from NAPLS Science Teacher Mrs. Reed about her upcoming travels to Antarctica with National Geographic. All grades levels are going to learn through her travels in their Science classes!

6th grade students using different types of candy to create models of plant or animal cells with scientific keys. Knowledge + candy= serious fun!

It’s been a great first few weeks of school! Looking forward to seeing parents/guardians at Curriculum Nights this week! All presentations run from 5:45 pm - 6:30 pm.
