A BIG THANK YOU! To everyone who contributed to our donations to Steppingstone Inc.!! We were able to collect 18 Backpacks for new clients with lots of toiletries to fill them & some extra! Additionally we were able to raise $530 toward the Fall River Women's House Renovation Project! For those of you who do not know Steppingstone Inc. helps men & women in the greater Fall River & New Bedford areas who are struggling with addiction and need "Longer Term Treatment Options" after being discharged from detox programs. These VERY IMPORTANT programs are always in need of donations and often do not receive help due to the continued STIGMA that surrounds this very important health/mental health issue. A Big Thank You to my daughter Heather Souza also for putting me in touch with Courtney Furtado at Steppingstone to present our donation & A BIG Thank you to Jenn Mello from The Wholistic Heart Studio in Westport Mass for organizing the Summer Solstice Wellness Fair on 6/23/24 which made this all of this possible !
