Junior league bowlers and parents we are at wonderbowl today till 2 PM for sign ups. If you have not got in touch with us about this coming season please do so. We would like to put teams together for sept 7th. if you already reached out we have you signed up. thank you

Just a reminder sign ups this Saturday August 24 from 10 to 2. We have 2 squads one at 930.and one at 1130. Also if you sign up on Saturday you get 2 games of bowling free

Attention junior bowlers and parents we will be starting league bowling on September 7th. We will have sign ups on August 24 from 10 to 2 at the allies. There is a change this year sanction will be $10.00 for returning and new bowlers. We also had to raise to $15.00 a week. If you cant make sign ups leave a text message with me at 508 287 2553 so we can make sure you get the spot you want or you may be placed on another team. We need teams to be made by September 7th. Also you can go by wonder bowl at anytime and fill out a junior league form and leave it with them at the desk. Do not have to pay sanction fee then we will collect it on the first week. Just putting this reminder out for our banquet /get together for our junior programs at wonderbowl on sat june 1st from 11 to 2. We will be giving awards out ,bowling, food catered by Riccardi's pizza and raffles. Just a reminder tournament was changed to Nov 18. We have regular bowling this week for early birds at 9:30 and AM juniors at 11:30

The adult child tournament has been changed to Nov 18. Sign up sheets are at the desk. $10.00 per bowler. Starting time will be 11:30. Entries close on Nov 11

We are going to have adult and junior bowler tournament on Nov 4th. Both early birds and am juniors will be bowling at some time for tournament. Starting time will be 1130. There will be no regular bowling on this day. Paperwork will be at desk on Saturday

To my youth league bowlers and families:

I have been involved in youth league bowling for 40+ years, first as a coach (about 11 years) and then as youth league director (about 33 years). And I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. Made a lot of friends, parents and kids (most of whom are now grown up with kids of their own).

After much soul searching and conversations with my wife, I have decided to retire as junior league director. It’s time to let someone younger, someone perhaps more in tune with the direction youth bowling is headed, to take over the program

For the time being,I’ll still be involved with youth bowling in my capacity as youth director on the SMUSBC Board of Directors, primarily by processing youth memberships and conducting our annual Singles and Bowler of the Year tournaments.

In closing, I want to thank you all, past and present,for your trust in me and your ongoing friendships.

I expect that my grandson, Chace Norton, will be bowling next year, so see you at the lanes come fall.

Another season finished. Successful awards party attended by 50+ parents and youth bowlers. Food from Riccardi’s was delicious. Bowling awards for all who qualified. Over one thousand $$ in cash prizes given out by lottery to both parents and bowlers. Our thanks to our assistants, Tammy and Bobby, and to Nancy from the snack bar for all the help. And to my wife Gloria for her constant support. Enjoy your summer. Hopefully see you all at the end of August

EARLY BIRDS PARENTS: Our Bowling Software email app is not cooperating. Please email me at [email protected] to let me know if your family will be coming to our awards party and how many of you will be coming. Party takes place on Saturday June 3rd from 11 until 2.

Mark the date: our End-Of-Season awards party will be Saturday June 3rd from 11 AM to 2 PM at Wonder Bowl. Awards, bowling, prizes and food from Riccardi’s will be available.
