MUSICAL THEATRE/ ACTING/ VOICE LESSONS…. KENZI IS THE BEST!!! Super proactive, always prepared with lesson plans, on time, sets expectations and goals on her students, I could go on and on! Hire her!!!

Had the chance to visit Ian Abreu Surfside Creamery this afternoon. Ian has been such a huge support for NBPAC these past few years. I am so happy to see his establishment thriving. Food was amazing and so was the ice cream! Make sure you go visit! You won’t be disappointed!

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank all the people who have supported New Bedford Performing Arts Center the last 5 years. I am extremely grateful for the time spent within this community. I am forever thankful for the kids I’ve had the chance to work with, coach, & mentor. They are embedded in my heart.

I am making the tough decision to close my doors. There are plenty of hardships with running a small business that I could go on for days about.. plenty of reasons why running this business has been tough on me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Plenty of times that the backend of ownership has stolen joy away from what I love to do, but ultimately, I have a deep desire to make sure that I am a fully present mom for my children. My oldest is growing so fast and time is of the essence….. I also want a different experience with my baby. I am choosing my children above all else. We are ready for a real fresh start.

As for me, I will continue to spread my knowledge and love for dance. I will walk into the lives of more children who need my kind of training and mentorship and enjoy guiding them in any way I possibly can while not worrying about the backend and stressful responsibilities of small business ownership. I will continue to do what I love but also be able to care for my boys the way they deserve. I don’t want to miss a single beat of them growing up.

You can be sure that I do have some things up my sleeve and will continue to be involved in this community when it comes to the arts. Be on the lookout for myself and some select pre-professional trainees that I will be working with creatively.

Thank you to my kids, my staff, my followers, & my supporters. You have all been a part of something amazing! It’s been a great ride..I will love y’all forever!

Recital season coming to an end as wedding season rolls in. I LOVE doing recitals so if any studios are looking for videographer for your show, please reach out! I offer flat rates where I can give you a download link and sell or share with your families or I can take care of orders for you for a smaller rate!
