Stephanie Sherman of New Bedford Pottery (New Bedford Pottery) began selling her stoneware work at the Fairhaven Huttleston Marketplace in its first year, and made it her summertime home every summer since. She creates mugs with her signature whale tail handle, ramen bowls, ornaments, spoon rests, and many other pottery gifts. Layering colorful glazes has become her trademark skill.
My next 2 events, Dec 2 at Hastings Middle and Dec 9 at the Unitarian Church in Fairhaven. I can’t wait to see you!
See you at Bethany Jay ART: The Home Studio on Small Business Saturday!
A Wonderful interview with one of my amazing UMass, Dartmouth mentors! I was so lucky to have Pam as my drawing professor in 2003. I learned so much about my own process and practice through her instruction and example. Now I’m lucky to have her as a friend and neighbor! 😍 I’m still learning from her.
Mark your calendar! See you there!
I’ll be at this event!🤩

One of my favorite things about being part of markets is the people I meet. I've purchased so many things from small businesses and I love them.
My newest little take home is this beautiful mug from New Bedford Pottery . I LOVE HER ITEMS. All of them. Pottery literally amazes me so much! The time and skills it takes just to even get this mug with a starfish on it!
Join us september 9th in plymouth, MA, because my little friend who makes these beautiful mugs (and so many other things, her ornaments are my other personal favorite !!!!!!) Will be here too!!!
