One thing I love about my salon is how we help eachother grow.
When we aren’t busy we watch and also mentor eachother.
We don’t only do that for our stylist in salon. We always welcome other stylist from other salons to join our classes. We applaud growth, and we cheer eachother on. We are a rental and commission salon and you would never know who is who here. We are such a strong and amazing team.
