Letterhead Press (LPI), a world class print finisher and specialty packaging company, is looking to fill a critical role on our 1st shift pre-press and die making team. This position is responsible for pre-flighting production files, as well as working with design to create production ready files for in-house die making and digital enhancement (Scodix).

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign. Experience with structural design program, Impact, as well as the Bobst Masterplot multi-functional system a plus.

This role interacts with all internal teams, as well as the customer, to ensure in-house manufacturing and performance of dies and related materials and operations flows smoothly. Also works to support pre-flighting customer furnished files for print and digital enhancement.

Priority candidates will have 2-4 years of proven experience in a print/print finishing environment. Excellent communication skills will be required to develop effective solutions with planning and production teams.

As a member of our sales team, you will spend your time working with experienced reps to support customer relationships and provide complete packaging and custom finishing solutions to a diverse group of valued customers. You will actively manage and grow existing accounts as you provide service and support.

Job Responsibilities:
Support existing sales and customer account activities.
Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
Manage sales, design and estimating process for active projects
Prepare estimates for the customer in an accurate and timely manner.
Work with internal teams to manage customer expectations and schedules.
Follow all Safe Quality Food requirements per our SQF Certification.

Qualifications:
Recent college graduate or packaging industry experience with an interest in working within our sales organization
Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written, goal-oriented, self-motivated, solution focused.
Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
