Broken clutch ford on this 91’ Ford F-250. While we had the transmission we noticed a rear main seal leak, and the clutch was at its wear mark. New clutch, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and clutch fork for this customer got him whipped back into shape to keep this old truck on the road for years to come 👍🏻

Shop was full but didn’t stop us from knocking out a full service on this 2021 1500 Duramax. Along with replacing factory transmission pan with a PPE deep pan, as well as black anodized aluminum fuel filter housing. And of course replaced all fluids with nothing but the best from Amsoil. Whos ready for this frame off street truck build? 😈 this 3/4 ton gas base will be fully stripped so the frame can be sand blasted so we can start on some fab work, will have a common rail power plant backed by a G56 trans tied to some 3rd gen axles to utilize the disc brakes and fl**ge style yoke instead of the weak strap style U-joints. We love providing trustworthy repairs to the everyday consumer to keep them on the road but we also enjoy digging into these bigger projects that include involvement with the customer to make their dreams a reality!! Another truck from our friends over at Suntech Electric. This F-550 will be receiving a intercooler charge pipe fix. And also came in with a intermittent fuel knock and found that number 3 injector pigtail was not plugged it fully after a previous shop replaced the fuel return lines and failed to secure the pigtail properly. Time for this thing to go back to work!

Another 4th gen dodge getting a 68rfe rebuild here in house. The factory unit failed and customer went with a jasper transmission that also failed prematurely and also not covered under warranty. Come see us to get your 68rfe done right the first time!

Customer got clutch so hot it welded itself together. He decided to go with a south bend dual disc for this application. Quick and simple day turnaround 👍🏻

Finished up this oil leak job last Friday. Had an oil leak coming from the front seal and customer wanted to do water pump and belt while we were at itso we tore it down and replaced the front crankshaft seal and re-sealed the front cover. And of course we put all Cummins OEM parts back in other than a billet idler pulley to add a little bling to the engine bay! He was able to drop his truck off Thursday and we had him ready to go for the weekend! For fast and reliable service contact us today!

We sure do love workin on these 6.7L fords! This one is receiving a full Contamination kit which includes a CP4X pump, new injectors, new injector lines, new fuel rails, new lines from pump to rails, and of course new fuel filters, we also drop the fuel tank and clean it to make sure no debris gets into the new system. 6.7 ford got towed to our shop with a no start condition, found it wasn’t building rail pressure so we removed the intakes and pulled the FCA out to see how bad of shape our pump was actually in. The metal shavings you see in the picture means this truck will be receiving a full contamination kit which includes, new CP4 pump, new lines, new fuel rails, new return lines, new filters as well as dropping the tank and removing all contaminated fuel. We love making trucks faster but not very often we turn them down. Customer brought us a well built 5.9 Cummins with dual fuelers wanting to make the truck more mild and family friendly for his wife and kids. We took the dual cp3 kit off and left a single cp3 with a bag of parts and added a pusher charge pipe and intake horn. truck will be back to remove the S467 turbo and replace it with an S464 from our friends at Smeding Diesel.

One of our most loyal customers brought us one of their company trucks for a replacement of all 4 shocks and a check engine light. We continue to provide them a quality service and in return they keep bringing us trucks!

Out with the old coolant reservoir and in with a new one to get rid of the low coolant light. This is the 4th one we’ve seen with a premature failure of the coolant level sensor

Cummins in the shop to get a new starter and found some rounded off teeth on the flex plate. Customer gave us the okay to change it so we dropped the transmission got him setup with a new flywheel and starter and was able to have his truck back the same day! Been a busy 2 days in our middle bay! Started yesterday with a valve body fix on a repeat customers 6.7 ford. Followed up by a new turbo and down pipe on a 24 valve cummins, got it finished and found some fuel leaks we addressed as well, then pulled a 6.0 in today after lunch for some diagnostics! You know who to call!
