If you told me March 14 that I would be announcing this, I would have questioned your sanity. I’m elated to announce as of May 19, I will join the MedStar team full time! My client was unemployed for a couple of years and just accepted a COO role! So happy for him! I love these updates!

I’m excited to share that tomorrow is my first day as Talent Partner at MedStar Health, helping their TA department with hiring healthcare professionals in the DC / Maryland area!

The hiring process at MedStar was remarkably quick. Thanks to my friend and former colleague, Christina Mitchell, who introduced me to this remote, part-time opportunity on March 15. From applying to interviewing to receiving an offer, we completed the entire hiring process in less than two weeks! That’s unheard of!

Thanks to MedStar’s efficient onboarding team, I am ready to start tomorrow, exactly one month after learning about the position!

I’m also thrilled that after I was offered the role, I learned that 2 more of my former favorite colleagues work alongside the team, making this new chapter even more special. Interestingly, I wasn’t looking for a job when this opportunity came along, a wonderful reminder of the unexpected blessings in life.

As this is a part-time role, I look forward to continuing to lead my company, helping others achieve their career goals, and offering job-seeking advice on my social media.
