1 year ago I madea life-altering leap into a field that resonated deeply with my values and aspirations. It has been one of self-discovery and transformation, as I embraced a journey that truly aligns with my passion for helping others. With a personal history of over 3 decades of serving others, I've found my true purpose in advocating for the welfare of our community's elders. I'm humbled by the trust placed in me and I'm committed to continuing to make a positive impact, knowing that the best is yet to come.

Prayers for my sweet resident embarking on her silent journey.
I often feel the presence of the Lord when we go through this.
I am ever so grateful to be able to send my residents “home” with the love and support of my home.

My sweet lady went to be with the Lord this morning. She was an absolute angel and a blessing to have in my home.
We will miss her, but take comfort that she is with her husband and parents rejoicing in the presence of the Lord.
I keep looking at her bird feeder out the window hoping she may stop by to say hello.
Thank you Beth and Tim for gracing us with her.

This year, National Caregiver’s Day falls on February 16, 2024 TODAY!

While I’m new to this as the business aspect. I’ve been doing this for more than 20 years.
We ARE the un sung heroes and while I prefer to remain that way, I’ll stand on my tippie toes praising those that care for their loved ones, residents and patients.

Whether you’re providing Respite care or long term care, I applaud and salute you today and everyday. May God continue to bless you and shine on you

She said, "Don't call the doctor, I want to fall asleep peacefully, with your hand in mine." He told her about the past, how they met, their first kiss. they didn't cry, they smiled. They didn't regret anything, they were grateful. Then she repeated softly, 'I love you forever!' He returned her words, gave her a soft kiss on the forehead. She closed her eyes and fell asleep peacefully with her hand in his. Love is really all that matters because everyone comes into this world with nothing other than love and leaves with nothing other than love. Think about it. Profession, career, bank account, our goods are just tools, nothing more. Everything stays here. So just love…. love those that really love you. Love, as if there was nothing more important in your life! ♥️
