Well our second day open and we have had to shut down again. This time due to an electrical fire in the ac unit on the roof. We just can’t seem to catch a break. Please know we want nothing more to be open and to provide services to you. Upon evacuation, we were able to finish our current clients in the parking lot but will be closed until we have a solution to the electrical issue. Thank you so much for your love and support as well as your understanding. Continue to pray for us during this time.

Tomorrow is our BIG day. We are so excited to be reopening our doors to serve you. We want to be sure to provide services to you in the safest manner possible. The shop will look a little different when you arrive. Curtains have been hung between stations, dryer chairs and shampoo bowls in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. We have disinfecting agents, hand soap, hand sanitizer, gloves, masks and toilet paper available for your use. We wanted to update you on a few new guidelines that must be followed while providing services to you.
NEW OPERATING STANDARDS:

CHECKING IN: When you arrive at the shop for your scheduled appointment, remain in your car. Please call us at 830-625-4311 to notify us of your arrival. Carol or your stylist will let you know when you can come into the shop.

FACE MASKS: Face masks are required for all staff and clients. All masks must be fitted with ear loops and will be worn during all services. If you have a cloth masks please bring to your appointment. We do have disposable masks available and donated cloth masks if you do not own one. If you are getting a chemical service such as color we will have you change your masks to a disposable masks, so that we don't damage or ruin your cloth mask.

FEELING ILL: Once inside you will be asked a series of screening questions. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment at a later time when you are feeling well.

HAND WASHING: After you have completed your screening questions, we will ask you to wash your hands in the bathroom. This is a critical step in stopping the spread of COVID. Use the hand soap provided and scrub for 20 seconds.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING: Your stylist is required to sanitize and disinfect all work stations and tools between clients. Please be patient with us as we take this time to thoroughly clean.

PRODUCT AND RETAIL PURCHASES: At this time, should you need products we ask that you call ahead for curbside service. This will allow us to follow the suggested limit of clients inside our salon.

LIMITED GUESTS: As per the new guidelines, we can only allow ONE CLIENT per stylist at a time. Individuals without appointments are not allowed in the salon.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: For the foreseeable future, we will not be offering snacks, beverages or reading material. (We do have bottled water available).

SOCIAL DISTANCING: It goes without saying, we have missed you but for the time being we cannot hug or shake hands. Every chair has been measured out to exactly 6 feet apart to comply with social distancing guidelines. We have also placed an additional barriers between chairs. Please know that although we can't hug or shake hands, we are overjoyed to have you back and to provide our services to you.

We know these are unusual times but we hope they will be temporary. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we work to be both accommodating and conscientious of you and our staff.

We are excited about the opportunity to serve all of our loyal customers and friends. Our plan is to open next week however, we are currently waiting for guidelines from State Board on how to safely reopen given the current circumstances. Our top priority is the safety our customers and staff. As soon as we are briefed on guidelines we will begin answering calls and scheduling appointments. We can’t thank you enough for your love and support during this difficult time.
