Our Brewing is science, continued education and a passion for creating the best beer we can brew. The enjoyment of serving tasty beer and food keeps our team motivated and engaged with our guests.

We also have some of the best pizza and burgers this side of New Braunfels. We allow minors accompanied by an adult and leashed pets.

We also have great live music with no cover.

Our gardens are wild and full of bees and butterflies. Pollinators and birds are important to us. We recycle aluminum cans. We take our clean cardboard to be recycled. Used shipping airbags are taken to a local mailing/shipping business.

*Tuesdays Wednesdays and Sundays get a 12” New York Style 1586 (pepperoni) Pizza $10, ask about our Focaccia Bread Special Mon-Fri.

*Thursdays are $10 Wagyu Burger Day add fries $3 12:00 - 8:30 pm

We are working hard to keep our independent craft brewery alive in the face of rising cost and the post-covid economic hardship. Many small business did not survive and more will not survive. We thank the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung for shining a light on local business.

Many of nights cooking barbecue I was playing my guitar and writing songs as the briskets fell asleep. Over time I built a collection and decided it was time to get out there and play em.
These songs tell the story of who I am. When I sing them it brings back memories of growing up in the cotton fields of Lubbock and visiting my granny and papa in Seymour, Texas. .
They’re about barbecue, working folks, being plain down and out, and living on love.
