On Saturday, May 4th parking will be very limited in the vicinity of the NB Civic Center due to Saengerfest taking place in downtown New Braunfels. PTSA has made arrangements for a Park-N-Ride option for our students.

The Park-N-Ride option is complimentary continuous shuttle from the Schlitterbahn East parking lot at 588 S Union located between Blastenhoff & Surfenburg.

CHS administration has arranged for (2) Comal County officers to monitor activity in the parking lot and ensure all students and their vehicles are safe.

For students arriving via limo or limo bus they can approach the convention center from Seguin Ave heading away from I-35, and take a left on Garden Street and be dropped off on the corner of Garden and Castell Ave.

A map is shown here regarding street closures to help your student plan accordingly if they are driving their own vehicle to & from PROM.

Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety

Panel Discussion at 7:00 pm

Angst aims to remove the stigma and open up the conversation about mental health, helping our youth and their families understand that a certain amount of anxiety is healthy and when to recognize when it’s too much. The film includes tips to recognize symptoms and encourages when to reach out for help.
Most importantly, it shows us that we are not alone and that anxiety is 100% treatable.
