So spectrum Business and spectrum Home main hub is in Houston. Due to the lack in electrical from the storm they’ve been running on backup generators to keep WiFi services up. That generator electrical system has failed and a delivery van with the repair parts is on its way to Houston and has experienced a flat tire. Spectrum predicts service will be restored by 3-4pm this afternoon, 09JUL.

The office will be closed on July 4th, and will resume normal business hours on July 5th.
