Get up before Fajr prayer, pray Tahajjud and after your prayer do not rush off back to sleep. Sit there and talk to Allah swt about what is hurting you and what will make it better. Tahajjud is a way to get closer to Allah swt than ever before, never miss out on the opportunity to pray and ask Him for strength, guidance and love. Every prayer that rolls off your tongue or stays in your heart is never unheard by Him and His mercy is always around you. 🤍
