Meet Mint!

is a Somatic S*xologist and Pleasure-focused S*x Educator with a focus on empowering Middle Eastern woman and couples worldwide. Known for her daring initiatives and international presence, Mint has been transforming lives through her unique approach to movement, teaching, and sexual education. 

I first met Mint a couple of months ago in New York when she was visiting, and I was enamored with her work and knew I had to have the rest of the community experience her magic. So excited for our conversation and Q&A today, it will be saved in case you miss it live. You can find Mint’s global workshops on Zoom by following her and she also coaches clients virtually.

I am blown away by how vibrant and uplifting this community is! I fully believe that women who empower other women and support them can truly change the world.

I will be sharing my VBAC birth story soon - I felt so empowered by my baby girl’s birth and I’m so grateful for that experience. Today is 13 days postpartum!
I feel so much better, healing has been so much easier this time around - with a few surprises here and there. For the most part, I’m in the newborn bubble with my family and reminding myself how short these days are 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

What a journey this has been- the most wonderful, challenging, painfully honest, beautifully rewarding path that nothing could’ve ever prepared me for. The joy (and responsibility) of having this role is a wild one to carry but I am so lucky every single day that you chose me.

To my mother and all the mothers, and mother figures, moms in waiting, my grandmother in heaven, I love you, see you and honor you.

currently in major renovating/nesting mode and it’s been so hectic but satisfying to clean out clutter, get rid of so much old stuff and organize more thoughtfully. 5 more weeks left to the baby’s arrival! came across this photo from last year and I’m happy to say that minus the persistent nausea that lasted till about 30 weeks, I feel comfortable and at ease within my body which is a true blessing 🧡
