If you watch the morning show, you’ve seen Scott Salvadore chatting with Lara and Julia. Scott won the USA Mullett championships two years in a row… but last night I ran into 9 year old AJ Amico who I think gives him a run for his money! AJ started growing it during the pandemic and has no plans to cut it off!

Breaking: Accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold arrested again today by NY State Police for violating a restraining order earlier this year. Arnold turned himself in to Saratoga Town Court and was released.
Seems like he always gets arrested on my days off. This is his 5th arrest since we first reported on him back in May.

Breaking: Accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold ordered by Milton Town Judge Tim Brown to surrender his passport. Assistant Saratoga County DA Anna Besson also asked for additional bail to be set saying Arnold has repeatedly violated terms of his release. Judge ordered an additional $1500 cash which Arnold paid on the spot. Charges in Milton include violating the do not fly order and resisting arrest.

I love this!!!! I saw this on FB this week and Lyla’a mom gave me permission to share. The world needs a little more of this type of thinking. Sam Coplin CBS6 and I give Lyla an A+!!

I was at work today… just doing some pre-Election Day interviews in Saratoga so not on-air. I can’t believe it’s almost that time of year. Anyone else feel like this one flew by???

Breaking: Sources say accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold sold the plane his alleged victim and residents of Schuylerville say he used to terrorize them for years with repeated low fly by’s and dive bombs. The plane was seized earlier this month by police in VT. Sources say police were there for transfer of ownership. Will this mean quiet in the skies about the Village of Schuylerville? Behind the scenes work today on the accused stalker pilot story but here are some stats:
Michael Arnold has 19 pending charges including 3 felonies.
He has cases in 3 different jurisdictions.
He has posted a total of $41,500 cash bail- $30k was in Vermont.
His two misdemeanor stalking charges in NY did not include bail, he was released on his own recognizance.
He is on his 3rd attorney in the Saratoga Town Court cases.
One judge in Saratoga Town Court recused himself from the case.

Accused stalker pilot latest: Cassie Wilusz was on Dan Abrams Live last night. Thank you to Dan Abrams Live for acknowledging my work and for helping us get the word out. Something is wrong with our Justice system….this shouldn’t be allowed to keep happening. Link to Abrams below in comments.

Another day… another court appearance for accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold…and another trip in a police car with handcuffs. He bailed out in a couple of hours. The link in the comments below is to a special report I did today, showcasing some of the developments in this case since I first broke the story in May. The big question is…why aren’t any of the charges moving forward in a timely fashion? He won’t be in Saratoga Town Court again until December.

Accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold taken away in handcuffs this morning after a judge in Saratoga Town Court set additional bail at $10,000 cash, saying Arnold has repeatedly violated the terms of his release.

New this morning… one of the FB posts police say Michael Arnold made under a fake account to threaten Cassie Wilusz. When we first reported on the stalking charges against him back in May, Cassie had just lost her husband to cancer. Arnold was arrested again yesterday related to multiple online posts that violate an order of protection against him. WRGB CBS 6 News, Albany

Breaking: Accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold, arrested again just now in Schuylerville. Sources tell me he will be charged with an additional felony as well as multiple violations of the order of protection against him.

Breaking: Contractor Dakota Smith arrested again, this time by Albany County Sheriffs, accused of stealing 39k from an elderly couple in Rensselaerville with a promise to do work. Investigators say he never started the work. This is a story I broke when I spoke with two other homeowners who were frustrated police weren’t taking their claims seriously. Since then, he’s been arrested at least 3 times and we are aware of charges in at least 4 jurisdictions. WRGB CBS 6 News, Albany

VT Judge says accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold cannot be within 300 feet of ANY airplane. This is part of the conditions of his release. Arnold entered a plea of not guilty for the charges he’s facing in VT, including aggravated stalking. He was arrested Tuesday.

Happening now: accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold arrives back in VT Superior Court in Bennington, this time with an attorney. Hearing is set to begin at 1. WRGB CBS 6 News, Albany

Today I spoke to accused stalker pilot Michael Arnold at the VT Superior Court in Bennington. Please watch. It took this woman 4 years to get police to listen to her…and that only happened because my photographer and I called 911 and the responding Saratoga County deputies realized this is a very serious situation. Before that, the FAA and NY State Police seemed not to take her reports seriously. He now has a felony stalking charge, and police say more charges will be coming. The story has gone global. Today’s story below in the comments.

From Bennington Police regarding arrest of accused stalker/pilot Michael Arnold:

Offender: Michael J. Arnold, 65, of Manchester, NH

The Bennington Police Department was notified by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Albany, NY Officer regarding New York authorities who have been investigating a Michael J. Arnold, 65, of Manchester, NH.

It was reported that Arnold has been stalking a female in the Schuylerville, NY area for several years, and doing so with his airplane. Bennington Police were advised that Arnold’s airplane maybe at the William H. Morse State Airport in Bennington, VT. An officer confirmed that Arnold’s 1976 Cessna 180 single engine plane, bearing tail number 7530K was at the William H. Morse State Airport.

Officers were able to determine that Arnold was in fact flying his airplane from the William H. Morse State Airport and last seen flying west toward NY several days earlier.

On May 30, 2023, Arnold was served with a Temporary Order of Protection from Saratoga, NY Town Court. A specific condition of the Temporary Order of Protection that Arnold Cease and desist from flying any and all aircraft while the order remains in effect.

On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Bennington Police Officers arrested Arnold as he was driving into the William H. Morse State Airport.

Arnold was charged with Aggravated Stalking, Impeding, False Information to a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Vermont Superior Court Judge Howard Kalfus set bail conditions in the amount of $5000.00, which Arnold posted. Arnold was ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court-Bennington Criminal Divisions on October 4, 2023 at 12:30pm.

Breaking: Pilot and accused stalker Michael Arnold arrested in Bennington, VT, facing multiple charges included felony aggravated stalking and resisting arrest. Sources say police seized his plane. This is a developing situation and is related to the charges he’s facing in Milton and Saratoga Town Courts for stalking a woman in Schuylerville.

Charlotte Sena has been found alive and a suspect is in custody! This is the scene right now outside of Saratoga Hospital where we are hearing Charlotte has been brought. WRGB CBS 6 News, Albany
