Folks! Here are the hours this week!! We are adding extended hours on Friday, 11a to 7p, and we are holding steady on Saturday & Sunday, 10a to 2p.

We will continue to have a mix of savory and sweet options available, and on Saturday and Sunday, we will have some additional brunch items available.

And I am working on setting up delivery, Swear. Despite technology not being my friend, delivery is set to go live on Friday. Stay Tuned for details!

It's Sunday and we're here 10a to 2p!!

We have sweet and savory options including build your own breakfast sandwiches!! Out most popular combo yesterday was a bagel stacked with 2 hashbrowns and 2 sausage patties and a dollop of mayo!

We also have donut caked and I think we figured out slices so stop in for a sandwich and a slice.

!!breakfast sandwiches are gonna taste a little different as our Just Egg order didn't come in and all local stores were out. I love it though because we can be creative with it! Want a sandwich with 2 hashbrowns and sausage and some cheese sauce? Done.!!!!!

Reminder, we are open 10a to 2p Saturday & Sunday. We have a mix of Savory & Sweet options for you including a few of our 6 inch donut cakes.

Let's talk about their flavors. I made two different kinds, why IDK.
We have a Lemon Lavender. She is a lemon cake, filled with homemade lemon curd, finished with Lavender buttercream, a lavender drip, and an assortment of lemon and lavender donuts. Think demure and mindful.

We also have a Boston Cream. She is not demure at all. Her chocolate cake layers are filled with chocolate buttercream & Bavarian cream. She is finished with a chocolate ganache drip and topped with an assortment of donuts including chocolate sprinkle and mini Boston Cream donuts. (yeah, I did it.)

Are these available by the slice, you may wonder? IDK yet. Cutting and slicing these gives me a new kind of anxiety that I don't like. But we shall see. I may wake up tomorrow a different person.

We're open 10a - 2p Saturday and Sunday, and I'm bringing back a classic OG Flavor, Brown Sugar Cinnamon.

They're excited to be back after a very long hiatus.

No open hours on Friday as I'll be in the beer cabin at Voodoo Brewing Co. - New Kensington Pub for Kensington Fridays On Fifth. I will have some tarts and cookies available so stop by, grab a cold one, and a few treats.

Let's talk about donut cakes. They're the best, right?

We will have a few of these cakes available this weekend in the cases. Not sure of the flavors yet but they'll be delicious. I may try to do slices but I am not even sure how to package those beautiful giant slices.

And a reminder, you can eat cake even if it's there's not a special occasion.

Change of plans for today. I will actually be in the kitchen at Voodoo Brewing Co. - New Kensington Pub today, more than likely just with the savory menu.

I don't think anyone would call our burgers or flights demure, but they are delicious.

We are celebrating the first day of Fall with a Fall Bakery & Brunch Crawl on Sunday, 9/22, from 12p to 3p.

Think cinnamon rolls, PSL, hot cider, pumpkin donuts, and more!!!

We are still looking for a few food vendors to join us, so if you make good vegan brunch or specialize in vegan baked goods, send me a message. We can host you as a pop-up or pull up with your food truck.

Um...excuse me but this cake is ridiculous. And I love it so much.

She's vanilla cake, filled with Bavarian Cream, then frosted in a luscious chocolate buttercream, and topped with perfectly fried chocolate glazed donuts. Oh, and that drip is thick AF, like we like it.

We are open on FRIDAY!!! Wahoo! Here's to trying to establish some normalish hours.

It's fresh veggie season and that means our menu is shifting a bit as we bring back some of our favorites!!

Up first is our Muffy Sandwich. She's loaded with roasted eggplant and topped with a slice of Chao cheese and an olive giardiniera mix.

Historically, October is a busy AF month for us, and right now October is already packed full of events (WAHOO!) and customs.

Pittsburgh VegFest is only a few days away!!!

You can catch us along with a few hundred other vendors including non-profits, artists, food trucks, and more on Saturday, 8/10!!

We had a request for a dunkaroo inspired doughnut. This doughnut is full of a funfetti buttercream then topped with glaze, crushed cookies, and sprinkles. Is it too much? Maybe.

Stop by Pittsburgh VegFest next Saturday and grab one. I have a feeling these will go as fast as this summer.

I am working out the flavors this week!! Other than our Boston Cream, what donut flavor do we need to bring to VegFest?

A friend, reminded me, last night, that Pittsburgh VegFest is 2 weeks away, and I while I don't really need that negativity in my life, she's not wrong and it's creeping up quicker than I'd like.

Vegfest is our favorite event of the year and we can't wait!!

Reminder we have our Summer Pig-Nic this Sunday, from 11a to 2p!! The event takes place at Voodoo Brewing Co. - New Kensington Pub and supports the Pigsburgh Squealers Rescue!!

Ticket holders, you will check in at Voodoo Brewing Co. - New Kensington Pub where you will receive tickets for your drink, food, and dessert! You can grab food in any order, we don't judge.

Pigs from the rescue will be onsite ready for treats and photo ops!!
The Pigsburgh Squealers Rescue will be on site selling merch as well!!

If you didn't grab a ticket, you are still welcome to come to this event!! Meet some pigs, buy some merch, and enjoy the day!!

Our menu for Pittsburgh VegFest is mostly locked in, minus a few surprises, and I have been tossing some pop tart flavors around.

We made a limited run of our Cookies N Cream Pop Tarts, in March for Sweet Horror. The dough featured crushed up Oreos, stuffed with chocolate fudge, and finished with chocolate and vanilla glaze and crushed cookies.

Should these beauties make the cur or perhaps another flavor?

No shop hours this week, actually no shop hours until after Pittsburgh VegFest.

We are booked with custom orders, event prepping, and interviewing.

You can catch us Sunday, at the Summer Pig-Nic and of course at Pittsburgh VegFest where we will have a lots and lots of donuts and breakfast sandwiches and a few other things!

Today is the last day to grab your Summer Pig-Nic tickets!!!

Your ticket includes picnic food including dessert and a beverage, a donation to the Pigsburgh Squealers Rescue, and of course the chance to mingle and hang out with some of the pigs from the rescue!!

Oh, since ticket sales are down, from previous years, you will get a lot of one on one time with the piggies! Don't worry, we will bring extra treats!!

Friends, who else is watching the bears of Katmai and eagerly waiting for Fat Bear Week which takes place in October?

This is only my second summer of watching them and I love it!!

While it is a few months away, I think I need to do a Fat Bear Week Tournament at the shop complete with bear themed treats, like Bear Claws, and maybe create some special treats named after the bears, like a Grazer Donut!!
