I’ve moved this book club meeting to September because It’s so HOT in New Orleans! If you haven’t read it yet, you have more time! I would so love to discuss this book with all of you, so head to your local library or bookstore and pick up a copy!

I often teach my children and my clients that their mind is like a garden. We must plant positive seeds, water the flowers, and pull out the weeds. Thich Nhat Hanh says it beautifully here. Not only do we need to do it for ourselves, but we should also water others.

August will be “Testimony of Light” by Helen Greaves! We will meet at Turtle Yoga on Tuesday, September 26th at 7pm to discuss this classic!

Join us for our first Book Club meeting at Turtle Yoga on Tuesday, July 25 for 7pm! The July book of the month is “The Dance of the Dissident Daughter” by Sue Monk Kidd. Author of “The Secret Life of Bees”, this book is a beautiful classic about a spiritual journey to the divine feminine. This book is widely available through the local library in paper, ebook, and audio as well as purchasing through your favorite bookstore. Bring yourself, a friend or meet new ones, and a small snack to share if you are able. This is a free community book club, and we hope you’ll join us!

I’m excited to experience sound healing from these ladies for the first time, I love sound baths!

This Sunday at 7pm we will celebrate the Full Moon with a Free Community Reiki Circle. Following the Full Moon Circle, we will have Sound Healing for a fee of $25. The sound healing will include drums, crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. One of the many benefits of the gong is that it enlivens and integrates the 10 bodies of the aura.

Being silent and finding peace lies within us. Finding solace in nature, gratitude for each new day, breathing life into each moment, taking time to allow the remembrance of who we really are. Turn in and find your true nature.

I know this is a topic that many people are interested in and have been requesting. If you haven’t brought a friend yet, now is the time! I will give guidance on how we connect ourselves to Universal Source Energy, guides, ancestors, and the energy around and within in you to achieve what is for your highest good. I will give instruction on how to manifest within a group to achieve desired goals for yourself and each other. Learn how to tune in!
