I 👏🏼 will 👏🏼 give 👏🏼 my 👏🏼 bridesmaids 👏🏼 their 👏🏼 gifts 👏🏼 before 👏🏼 hair 👏🏼 and 👏🏼 makeup 👏🏼 arrive When we arrive, it sometimes gets chaotic with setting up or even finding somewhere to work… If you are giving bridesmaids their gifts while this is going on, it can really set us back on timing if no one is ready when they are suppose to be! I completely understand a bridesmaid wanting to take time and look at everything… because I would too! Instead, give them their gifts at the rehearsal dinner or ask them to arrive at-least 30 minutes before we do so they can open their gifts, talk to you, and have their robe/pajamas on by the time we arrive 😊 No one likes to be rushed, especially on one of the biggest and exciting days of your life! Brides, I am begging… Please make sure there’s enough room for everyone! The average sized bridal party these is 8-10 PLUS the bride. This means that you have to have ample seating for everyone AND space for your MUA and Hairstylist to work and not be crammed in the corner. Also, while looking for hotel rooms, make sure there is ample counter or table space for FOOD!! I cannot tell you how many times I am doing hair close to food. There’s gonna be hairspray on it 🙈 Lastly, speaking of space… don’t forget about room for the flowers!! More times then not, the flowers are dropped off at the brides hotel room and they are either literally right next to me and the MUA OR in direct sunlight on a window sill 🫠 I’m going to make this into a series posting a wedding tip once or twice a week! FOLLOW ALONG WHILE PLANNING YOUR WEDDING 😘
Are extensions worth the investment? 🤔 My answer: YES! But please make sure they are CLIP IN EXTENSIONS (100% human hair) ⭐️HOW TO PREP THE HAIR⭐️ - Wash thoroughly with shampoo and condition (please make sure all the conditioner is washed out) - blowdry or hang dry ⭐️WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WASH THEM?⭐️ - the hair comes with a protective coat on it for travel.
