While working to open the hotel six years ago, the Hotel Peter & Paul team looked for an F&B partner who was steeped in the neighborhood, who married great taste with an expansive, warm sense of hospitality, and with whom they would personally enjoy working. The Bacchanal team was a perfect match. We’re extremely proud of what we built together over the last 6 years, which earned us spots on Bon Appetit’s Hot 10 New Restaurants, Esquire’s Best Bars in America, and a James Beard award nomination. More important than that validation, though, has been the amazing feedback over the years from our guests who have made this spot their living room, celebration space and home away from home.⁠ We are deeply thankful and grateful for all the incredible people who worked and contributed to The Elysian Bar during our tenure, making it a truly special place.⁠
